The idea of this interactive installation was to basically have some fun with DDS show participants. The concept was to randomly play a music from the pigeon house, when a participant sit on the swing. As they swing, the music continues and the swing ropes laden with LED strips also light up. The song changes randomly for each participant, trying to spring up their cheerful mood during the show proceedings. The following video shows the working of our installation.
The installation required the following components to make the proof of concept prototype- Arduino Uno, compatible SD card reader with SD card, Speakers, LED strips, voltage regulator IC, Ultrasonic sensor and Battery.
